Still waiting for Bone Marrow Donor Match

Still waiting for a Donor match so moving forward on various home and business projects....sort of working to "clear the decks" of my calendar. Will return to hospital for 5-day in-patient chemo treatments until a donor match is located....the sooner the better I say. Been dealing with residual effects after release from these 5-day chemo cycles (yes, 24 hrs a day for 5 days they pump me with chemo)...so dealing with some residual effects that usually add a few days of me not feeling great (no sever nausea or anything), just not my 100%. Too many things on the to-do lists to not feel well. Also dealing with some very heavy questions in regards to plans that must be confronted, laid and discussed (guardianship of children and their life plan).... the plans anyone with children should deal with but, as a cancer patient, reality gives a sense of urgency to complete the plans. The plans we have no "intention" of implementing.

Want to keep this note short, just know that I'm waiting for the donor match, keeping things moving forward, having folks join my lotsa helping hands community which will be wonderful when the plans "go into effect" and we can actually add care lists to the calendar. Otherwise, I'm feeling well and just want to get to treatment as soon as possible because that gets me closer to recovery and, let us all pray, complete remission!

Turned the BIG 5-0 with family and friends on the 7th of November! Thanks to all for loving thoughts, cards, fun "50" gifts, flowers, etc.
