Gallbladder Surgery a Success!

Came through afternoon gallbladder surgery (Thursday 7/12/07) with flying colors....as many know laproscopic surgery makes this a simple surgery and one with a quick recovery. So after my overnight short stay, I was released 10 am Friday and will enjoy a fun, relaxing weekend with the girls. This hospital stay had the girls a little extra concerned given all the recent cancer news...they thought I might not come home. Kathryn also thought my hair might be gone. Continued "straight, heart-to-heart talk" with them promising they be honest with me about their feelings and I'll be honest with them. That "if the doctors ever tell me I may die", I promise to be honest and let them know first but that right now that is NOT what is happening.
